Job Summary: This person supports several key initiatives, including overseeing the off-campus study application and acceptance processes, supporting enrollment management/assessment efforts, and coordinating administrative functions for OCSE. This person is responsible for a number of technical tasks, including supporting the online application system, the online course approval system, Banner, various databases and student record systems, and the OCSE web site. This person also manages student assistants and coordinates their work to provide clerical and administrative support and basic advising services and s/he manages the student application and acceptance processes.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework or experience in related field, preferably administration or business. Proven expertise and skills in systems or IT coordination. Minimum of 3 years office experience and strong technical skills; specific experience with Content Management System is required. Ability to function across a variety of computer platforms and programs, to manage a variety of databases, and to manipulate spreadsheets.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in higher ed setting and with managing others preferred.

Pay Range: $17.75 - $20.00 per hour commensurate with experience. Internal candidates may fall outside of this range and should contact Nancy Bruno with any individual questions.
