Office/Clerical Lead II - Tuition Classification
Performs median-level specific or specialized clerical, accounting, customer service, registration, records/ document maintenance etc., for college, office, or dept.
The Office/Clerical II role in Tuition Classification will serve in an administrative role as support for our Tuition Classification Officer and Accountant II. This role will be responsible for the recording, filing, and management of our tuition classification documentation per the instructions of the tuition classification staff. This role will not meet face to face with students nor parents but may correspond by email and phone as appropriate.
*Scan tuition classification documents to electronic filing locations
*File scanned and verified waivers
*Enter approved students on Excel spreadsheets
*Send approval letters to students via Nolij
*Verify LPV & backup documents are in Banner and electronic filing locations for waivers awarded by other awarding departments.
*Record and return voicemails for Tuition Classification Officer & Tuition Classification Specialist when needed during peak times
*Prepare Database spreadsheets each term
*Other duties as assigned
This is considered a position of trust with access to student information.
