Job Responsibilities:

The Citadel's Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business (CSB) invites applications for a tenure track position as Assistant or Associate Professor in the area of Operations Management with supporting area(s) in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or other related fields. The selected candidate would teach in the school's undergraduate or MBA core Operations courses and/or in courses related to purchasing, logistics, transportation, or quality management.

This is a full-time teaching, research and service position. Faculty within the School typically teach a 3+3 course load with appropriate research and service expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

All candidates should also be able to show effective past teaching experience and demonstrated research potential. A doctoral degree in business or related discipline from an accredited university is required with preference given to those from AACSB International-accredited programs. Advanced ABD candidates will be considered. There is also a potential for teaching additional summer and online courses. Salary will be competitive, and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Additional Comments:

The CSB provides AACSB-accredited MBA and undergraduate programs in Business. Initial screening of applicants will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
