Job Summary/Basic Function: The Department of Arts & Humanities seeks applications from qualified candidates for an adjunct teaching position in broadcast beginning Fall 2017. Teaching of upper-division undergraduate courses in Journalism is expected. Summer teaching assignments may be available but are not guaranteed.
Work Hours: Varies with course schedule.

Necessary Qualifications: Master's degree in Communications with at least 18 graduate hours in communications or related discipline.
Necessary Qualifications: A minimum of two years college or university teaching experience in the area of studio broadcast and/or videography.
Preferred Qualifications: Willingness to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the needs of a non-traditional, first-generation, culturally diverse student body. Familiarity with high-impact educational practices such as cooperative education, service learning, and undergraduate research. Experience with contemporary instructional technologies such as learning management systems and e-portfolios.
