Assistant/Associate/Professor (all ranks, all tracks) of Clinical Pediatric Cardiology
The University of Missouri-Columbia seeks a Pediatric Cardiologist to join the Department of Child Health. Rank and track are commensurate with experience. Children’s Hospital Cardiology Center is an active division within the Department of Child Health, which is comprised of academic pediatricians and pediatric sub-specialists representing all areas of pediatric medicine. Inpatient services are located in the freestanding Women’s and Children’s Hospital at University of Missouri Health Care.
Women’s and Children’s is the pediatric teaching hospital for the University of Missouri School of Medicine. Opportunities abound in areas of clinical practice, teaching, and research. The Children’s Hospital Cardiology Center is located on the Women’s and Children’s Campus. There is an opportunity for clinical outreach and telehealth services to be provided throughout mid-Missouri.” The Children’s Hospital Cardiology Center is a non-invasive practice that includes fetal cardiology and all non-invasive diagnostic modalities.
Interested individuals should have MD/ DO degree, board certified or board eligible in pediatric cardiology with a strong background in general cardiology including fetal transthoracic, and transesophageal echocardiography.
