Duties: Reporting to the Executive Director of Executive Education and Legal Education Programs, the Director of Online-Legal Education Programming develops, implements, and administers innovative and substantive on-line courses and other program offerings at Penn Law.

Qualifications: B.A./B.S. and three to five years experience or equivalent required; MBA and/or JD preferred. The successful candidate will have one to three years experience in on-line education administration and/or creation and launching of new executive education or other educational programs. Excellent understanding of effective research and marketing strategies. Strong project management skills. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of flexibility; the ability to prioritize and complete multiple, time sensitive tasks; and the ability to work will with a wide variety of people.
