Job description

Duties: This position will support the management of an industry trial to assess the effect and safety of combining lifestyle modification and Liraglutide 3.0 mg to improve weight loss and health outcomes. Under the guidance of the Principal Investigator (PI), the Clinical Research Coordinator A (CRC-A) will carry out research activities including recruitment, consenting participants, management of study materials, including IRB submissions, and preliminary data management and data analysis.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, public health, or the social sciences with 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Previous experience in a research environment or conducting clinical assessments in weight loss/management research is preferred. The candidate should be proficient in computer programs including MS Office and maintaining databases. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential. He/She should be comfortable doing a variety of tasks, be able to balance multiple commitments, and be comfortable communicating to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, able to work independently, and within a team.
