Ph.D. is required.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Six years of professional experience in research compliance activities. Experience interacting with faculty, scientists, administrators, and graduate students. Expertise and experience in research policy and compliance in higher education. Excellent management and communication skills.

The Director of the Office of Research Compliance reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Research Policy and Compliance in the OVCRGE. The Director provides oversight and vision for the office working with the Associate Vice Chancellor to ensure research compliance. The Office of Research Compliance has oversight or supports the following compliance and research policy activities on campus:
-Research Animal Compliance
-Human Research Protection Program (HRPP)
-Compliance Reporting & Quality Assurance
-Stem Cell Research Oversight (SCRO)
