Manage daily operations within Assignments Area which includes greeting and servicing customers in front reception area for entire department. Assign students to on-campus residences. Collect, review and process requests for change in residence. Communicate and work with students and parents to explain University policies and procedures and to address concerns and resolve issues related to residence assignments. Communicate, collaborate and coordinate efforts on residence assignment related issues with other areas within Housing and other University departments. Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate non-exempt and student staff. Generate, collect, maintain, interpret and report statistical data essential to residence assignments and reservation of housing. Maintain space file which includes reviewing, updating, and allocating spaces.

B.A./B.S., Masters Degree preferred, strong communication and organizational skills and three to five years of related experience.
