Assistant Director HCAT
Responsible for assisting in the planning, development and supervision of HCAT initiatives including credit, continuing education, contract training and workforce development programs. Primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the HCAT Institute, including design and scheduling of instructional activities, staffing of those activities and assessment of the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.

Salary Range: $68,882-$86,102
Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality-related field required.
A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality-related field required.
Experience in budget and fiscal management required.
Willingness and ability to work at multiple site locations and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of the program.
Experience with developing, marketing, and implementing training programs for business and industry and external organizations required. Knowledge of current instructional delivery systems required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office required. Strong organizational, problem solving and strategic thinking skills required.
Masters degree preferred.
Five (5) years of experience, including post-secondary experience preferred.
Ability to interact with a variety of faculty, staff and students from diverse backgrounds.
