Job Description
Under the direction of the Associate Director for Administrative Operations and Assignments, the Data Management Coordinator provides a broad range of services related to the input, quality (standardization and training), report generation and analysis of data supporting all departments within University Housing for the Columbia Campus, Fraternity and Sorority Life and Regional Campuses. This position collaborates with University Technology Services and the Housing IT department staff in executing department-wide information and data management systems and functions. This position also serves as lead applications support for the Odyssey Housing Management System for Columbia Campus, Fraternity and Sorority Life, and Regional Campuses to include creating and maintaining student access to applications, other housing information, and web presence and strategic online directions for the overall database-driven applications.


Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Information Technology Systems and 2 years related work experience or high school diploma and 6 years related work experience; or equivalency


Preferred Qualifications
Three years of experience in database application support experience.
Proficiency in the use of computer technology and various database querying tools (crystal reports). Knowledge of VB Scripts is desirable.
