Post-Doctoral Fellow

Three postdoctoral positions are available immediately to study interactions between RNA viruses and the mammalian host, in particular RIG-I-like receptors and other nucleic acid sensing mechanisms, in an exciting newly NIH-funded mouse model of constitutive MDA5 activation. Projects have applications to innate antiviral defense, interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs), and prevention of systemic autoimmunity. Experience in molecular biology, cell culture, mouse experimentation preferred. For one position, skill in RNAseq and associated bioinformatics is sought.
