Degree and Area of Specialization:

Ph.D. in hand strongly preferred, but ABD applicants will be considered. Native or near-native proficiency in both Russian and English is expected.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Previous teaching experience at a North American university, including at least one year of experience teaching Russian as a Foreign Language and broad expertise in Russian cultural background.



Position Summary:

A one-semester Lecturer position is available for Fall 2017 in the Department of German, Nordic, and Slavic. The person in this
position will be responsible for teaching SL-321, Fourth Year Russian I.
