Responsibilities

Customer Support Assistants (CSAs) answer the main Student Business Services phone lines and respond to general inquiry emails. CSAs assist as needed in the main lobby by answering student and parent questions, providing information or providing directions. CSAs may also assist with presentations for Orientation, Preview, or for financial literacy classes, and may assist with other clerical duties throughout the office.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalency. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. This OPS job posting is unique to the Controller's Office. Anticipated Salary Range

Schedule

The position requires 15 - 20 hours per week and availability Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
