Employment Status: Full time, probationary "exempt" position.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The work schedule for this position during the summer months is Monday through Thursday, 7am – 5:30 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Under the general supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager, administer the campus automated travel/hospitality programs, including system maintenance/updates, new travel product transitions, and system problem resolution. Serve as subject matter expert on travel system, procedures, and related policies. Effectively work with campus IT personnel, travel and hospitality system service support, and campus designated travel agency.
