Research Associate-Fixed Term
We are seeking a highly motivated research associate to work on projects examining the role of flavonoids in regulating the innate immune system and cell apoptosis in chronic inflammatory diseases. Our laboratory combines in vitro, cellular and live animal approaches to understand the mechanisms that control immune cell fate and function and coordinate protective anti-tumor and immune-regulatory responses.
Candidates should possess a PhD in Immunology, Food Technology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Nutrition and/or Molecular Biology; have a strong track record of high quality research; and an excellent publication record. We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in animal models of chronic inflammation, food processing, and molecular biology.
