To perform general maintenance duties in parking lots, garages, and adjacent grounds. Duties dependent upon assignment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, picking up litter and servicing trash barrels, leaf removal, trimming and mowing grass and weeds, and light painting duties under the supervision of a painter. All work is performed under close supervision.
