. Fonctions et responsabilits
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITS :

• tablir le partenariat avec le client, analyser la situation et convenir des rsultats viss

• Responsable de la conception de la solution et des processus techniques au sein d'un domaine d'expertise spcifique et conformment aux orientations et la faisabilit oprationnelle de l'infrastructure de CGI

• Traduire les conceptions logiques en conceptions physiques devant tre approuves par l'architecte

• Participer la dfinition de la stratgie de mise en uvre

• Assurer que la solution et les processus de la conception dtaille sont conformes aux oprations et la solution cible

• Contrler la qualit et l'acceptation de la solution et des processus de la conception dtaill lors de la mise en uvre

• Assurer la production de la documentation ncessaire au bon fonctionnement de l'infrastructure lors de la remise aux quipes oprationnelles

• valuer les rsultats, les bnfices et la qualit du service; ajuster le plan d'intervention au besoin

• Modifier les configurations des quipements de tlcommunication partir des devis technique du plan implmentation

• Analyser les besoins de rseau et leurs impacts (Lan, Wan et scurit) dans le cadre de projet d'infrastructure Qualits requises pour russir dans ce rle
EXIGENCES :

• Capacit produire de la documentation technique d'une manire claire et concise

• Capacit mettre en place des solutions d'affaires complexes en tenant compte la fois des aspects technique et financier

• Habilit ngocier et rsoudre des conflits dans des contextes d'affaires sensibles

• Souci du dtail dans la production de rapport

• Capacit communiquer avec les diffrents intervenants (technique et affaire)

• Connaissance tendu du domaine des Tlcommunications et des protocoles rseaux

• Solide exprience en gestion et traduction des Adressage IP Public/Priv

• Maitrise des protocoles (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP1&2, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Connaissances des technologies 802.x, WLAN

• Exprience en conception de plan de commutateurs rseaux (VLAN, VTP, Trunking, Port-Channeling, Spanning tree)

• Connaissance des technologies de Pare-feu (Checkpoint FW1, Cisco PIX, Cisco IOS Firewall), de rpartition de charges et d'valuation de tolrance aux pannes

• Capacit prendre des dcisions claires en fonction des lments en place

• Bilinguisme Franais et Anglais

FORMATION ET EXPRIENCE DE TRAVAIL :

• Diplme collgial en TI ou l'quivalent

Position Description
. Your future duties and responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Establish a partnership with the client, assess/analyze the situation and agree on targeted results

• In charge of the solution design and technical processes within a specific domain, according to the vision and the operational feasibility of the GIS infrastructure

• Translate logical concepts into physical concepts, which will be approved by the architect

• Participate in the delivery strategy

• Ensure the concept solution and processes are compliant with the operational practice and the targeted solution

• Control the detailed concept's quality as well as the processes acceptance at delivery

• Ensure required documentation for infrastructure is produced when solution is transitioned into operational teams

• Evaluate results, benefits and quality of service, adjust intervention plan if required

• Translate the solution requirements that will be approved by the Architecture committee

• Analyze the network requirements and their impacts (LAN, WAN, security) as part of infrastructure projects

• Produce the documentation required for the infrastructure operation (diagrams, delivery plan) and for the technicians and technical support teams

• Modify the telecom equipment configuration according to the implementation plan specifications

• Interface with the various teams (architects, PM, internal client, operations) regarding projects, implementation and operational support Required qualifications to be successful in this role
REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation

• Ability to implement complex business solutions according to technical and financial requirements

• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a sensitive business context

• Detail-oriented in reporting

• Ability to communicate to different level people ( technical and business)

• Ability to consolidate and organize information

• Ability to make clear decisions according to key elements

• Accuracy and detail-oriented

• Wide knowledge in the area of Telecommunications, OSI model and Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP1&2, etc.)

• Solid experience in managing and translating Public/Private IP Addresses

• Knowledge of 802.x, WLAN technologies

• Experience in design of Network switches (VLAN, VTP, Trunking, Port-Channeling, Spanning tree)

• VPN Technology (IPsec, remote access solutions towards different client sites)

• Knowledge of firewall technologies (Checkpoint FW1, Cisco PIX, Cisco IOS Firewall)

• Extensive knowledge of Networks (LAN/WAN) and Telecommunications

• In-depth knowledge of the administration of routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls (Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Citrix, etc.)

• Bilingual French & English
