Lafayette College seeks an experienced procurement leader to fill the position of Procurement Manager.  The Manager must have a strategic vision for the College’s procurement services and provide recommendations to reduce costs and drive efficiency.  The Manager will partner with departments to develop RFPs, negotiate contracts, raise awareness of procurement contracts, and manage the procurement card program.

Required qualifications include 7-10 years of progressively responsible work in procurement.  CPM or CPSM certification, and knowledge of Ellucian Banner procurement in a higher education environment are preferred.  The Manager must have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure and be willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
