Job Summary: The University of Georgia, J. M. Tull School of Accounting, subject to funding, is seeking applications for a full-time non-tenure-track lecturer position in accounting. An ability to teach financial statement analysis classes at the undergraduate level and masters-level systems and data analytics courses is required. The anticipated date of appointment for this position is fall 2017, with an anticipated starting date of August 1, 2017. Candidates for an appointment to a lecturer position should have a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching with experience teaching accounting at the college/university level, past evidence of significant professional experience, and (1) a Master’s degree with professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA, CISA), or (2) a Ph.D. in accounting.
