Assistant/Associate/Full Professor - Orthopaedics

The University of Florida Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation is currently recruiting both interventional and non-interventional board certified or board eligible Physiatrists (DO or MD) to join the Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the level of assistant/associate professor or professor. This position is available either on tenure–accruing track or a non-tenure accruing track. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a multidisciplinary outpatient spine clinic. The position will be integrated among a dynamic faculty comprised of surgeons and non-surgical musculoskeletal and spine specialists. As a member of the multi-disciplinary spine team, responsibilities include patient care, EMGs and the teaching of fellows, residents, and medical students. Interventional Physiatrists will perform therapeutic procedures such as LESI, CESI, radiofrequency, and other spine and/or pain management procedures and diagnostic exams as appropriate for their training.
Research opportunities and support are available within one of the nation's premier Orthopedics/PM&R laboratory complexes. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to provide the highest level of patient care, have excellent communication skills with patients, referring physicians, and spine team members. Salary and faculty rank will be commensurate with experience and academic qualifications. Fellowship training in Spine, Pain, or Interventional Spine is preferred. Must be eligible to apply and be approved for an unrestricted Florida Medical License.
Advertised Salary: Salary Negotiable; Commensurate with education and experience. Minimum Requirements:
