Duties: Facilitate scenario-based classroom training sessions. Develop web-based training content using best practices of instructional design. Provide analysis of training needs for new and revised programs. Manage training projects including technical, logistical, and communications aspects. Maintain expanding portfolio of training material, courseware, and support documentation. Provide overall training program support.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Five plus years of experience preferred.

Demonstrated classroom presentation and management experience.
Strong knowledge and understanding of instructional design and adult learning theory and application.
Proven experience in curriculum design and delivery.
Proficiency with instructional authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 2 or Storyline 360 strongly preferred).
Expert presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot/navigate through technically challenging problems involving integrated systems.
Experience with learning management systems; Understanding of eLearning and mobile eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, HTML5, Tin Can API, etc.).
Knowledge/understanding of University financial and business processes preferred.
