Posting Summary:
The Office of the University Registrar (UREG) is seeking an Outreach Assistant. UREG is responsible for the maintenance and integrity of student academic records and all associated efforts. The objective for this position is to serve as an "expert resource" for UREG, be knowledgeable of all UREG responsibilities and have the ability to interact with and weave in and out of Front /Back Office with a positive attitude. The person in this position will work with an integrated group of team members who are cross-trained, able to produce all UREG Outreach deliverables, and share ownership for the success of UREG's Outreach efforts.

Outreach daily deliverables are comprised of (but not limited to):

- Fulfilling transcript orders pre- and post-production
- Providing certification enrollments
- Providing degree verifications
- Answering complex questions regarding students' academic records according to policies

All efforts of UREG staff members are geared toward the success of our interactions with clients via the communication mediums that comprise Outreach efforts: In-Person Service, Telephone, U.S. Mail, Electronic Services (e-mail and web-based), print, and intra-office support. Team focus, shared production and ownership of deliverables, daily management of task coordination, and in-depth process knowledge for all UREG products and services is expected. Excellent problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills are necessary. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize efforts in an efficient manner. Attention to detail is critically important. High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
