PROGRAM COORDINATOR II
Job Summary Provide program support to study abroad programs in the Franklin College, including administration, accounting, budget preparation and reconciliation, marketing and communications, and student advising. The position is to offer comprehensive support in managing all study abroad programs in Romance Languages. In addition, the position will serve as a first point of contact for development of new study abroad programs in Franklin, and support the annual budget development and budget reconciliation of other selected study abroad programs. It also requires the development of up-to-date marketing materials for all programs in the College, the organization of an annual College-wide event related to study abroad, and other activities directly related to its portfolio, such as occasional out-of-state travel to process visa applications. In addition to the reliable, expert handling of financial aspects of the programs, the position requires excellent oral and writing skills, independent initiative, and outstanding organizational skills. Minimum Qualifications Completion of a master's degree with 2 years of related experience; OR completion of a bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience.
