GUEST SERVICES MANAGER
Job Summary The Guest Services Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising a team of students that provide guests and employees of the Georgia Center with outstanding service. This position coordinates concierge, transportation, information, security, and luggage services for guests and visitors. This is a key position in the Georgia Center's Hotel's management team. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university in an appropriate curriculum and considerable experience related to this class of work including some supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
