Posting Information: We are recruiting two 1-year visiting assistant professors, who will be appointed from August 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018, have duties related to both teaching and departmental/institutional service. In terms of teaching, the visiting assistant professor will prepare and deliver lectures, assign, grade, and provide feedback on student assessments, and hold regular office hours. In terms of service, the visiting assistant professor is expected to participate in student advising and serve on departmental committees.

Minimum Training & Experience Requirements: A MS in Chemistry, Forensic Science or a closely-related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications: A PhD in Chemistry or a closely related discipline and prior teaching experience at the college level in physical, forensic or analytical chemistry.
