Provide administrative support to the academic programs in the Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training in Sargent College. Responsibilities include; coordination and management of diverse tasks related to admissions, the student database and course evaluations, serving as departmental liaison for enrolled students which includes directing requests/questions to appropriate faculty/staff member, scheduling and leading frequent meetings with prospective students, dissemination of programmatic information to current and potential students and organizing numerous departmental events including orientations, open houses, Emergency Cardiac Care trainings and full class events. Also responsible for transfer application processing, providing technical support to faculty and assisting with supervision of student employees.

B.A./B.S. required. One to three years of administrative experience required (preferably in an academic setting) and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both in person and over the phone, to a variety of audiences. Familiarity with Blackboard, particularly Blackboard Learn, is preferred. Position is 40 hours/week.
