Duties: Provide administrative support to the Human Capital Management (HCM) Project Management Office. Organize meetings, schedules, travel, expense reimbursements, purchasing and Procard transactions and other administrative tasks as necessary. Organization of meeting notes and project documentation will be necessary.
This position will last approximately 18-24 months. An end date will be established as the project timeline is finalized.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with strict attention to detail and accuracy in order to meet often competing deadlines. Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a highly professional demeanor, prioritize tasks and responsibilities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Existing knowledge of Penn business processing, including BEN Financials and purchasing is desired.
