Job description

Duties: Process parking payments via credit cards and cash, utilizing multi-point of sale processors: cash registers, stand alone credit card terminals, and payment kiosks. Reconcile transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain control of parking facility to which assigned. Communicate with supervisor. Be available for variable shift assignments (Flex position per CBA). A flex position requires attendants to accommodate alternating schedules throughout the week, as posted on Wednesdays for the following week starting on Monday.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Cash handling experience and ability to operate computerized cash revenue system is required. Acceptable experience includes retail sales managing customer payments and providing exceptional customer service. Must be available to work variable shift assignments Monday to Sunday (including evenings & weekends) as assigned. Valid driver's license required.
