Duties: Working with the Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Science, manage all faculty administrative matters and Provost's Staff Conference actions. Staff the School's various committees and meetings including, Administrative Committee (Deans and Department Chairs), Faculty Council, Faculty Meetings, Faculty Personnel Committee, Board of Overseers, and Department Chair and Endowed Chair searches/appointments/reappointments. Oversee faculty searches, appointments, reappointments, promotions, affirmative action, and scholarly leaves.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative work, preferably in higher education, or an equivalent combination of education & experience; demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, including ability to work with diverse groups; demonstrated excellent verbal & written communication skills; ability to organize and present ideas clearly. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
