ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST I

Job Summary Serve as the principle point of contact and subject matter expert for Campus Course Scheduling. Administer the Course Scheduling Calendar for the campus. Provide a proactive and creative approach to resolving course scheduling actions negatively affecting students' registration and fee assessment. Provide support to complete each course scheduling cycle for a clean submission for the University System of Georgia Academic Collection. Serve as liaison to Department Heads and the offices of Student Accounts, Curriculum Systems, and International Education for immediate resolution of course scheduling issues. Coordinate efforts among the 200+ schedulers across campus and with Centralized Classroom Scheduling to streamline processes and ensure data integrity. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and four years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and two years of responsible office experience OR Bachelor's degree.
