Job Description
The PASOs Reproductive Health Program Coordinator provides coordinated leadership for and advancement of the PASOs statewide Reproductive Health Program.

Duties Include:
Train, coach and support the PASOs statewide team and Contraceptive Care regional Community Health Workers in delivering coordinated, culturally appropriate education and resource navigation.

Identify and address systemic barriers throughout the focus regions and statewide to increase access to contraceptive care for the Latino population of South Carolina.

Participate in advocacy efforts on behalf of and along with PASOs team and Latino communities to ensure that they are receiving the most adequate maternal, child and reproductive health and are informed of their rights and opportunities.


Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree and 2 years relevant program experience, or bachelor's degree and 4 years relevant program experience. A valid driver's license-required. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience working with Latino families.

Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to engage small groups in active learning processes
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Effective organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office.


Preferred Qualifications
Experience in program development-preferred.
