Essential functions of this position:
Report development for the Office of the Registrar, other campus offices, and on- and off-campus organizations.
N.C. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Graduation from a two year technical college with a major in an Information Technology field and one year in the information technology field related to the position’s role; or graduation from a four year college or university and one year experience in the information technology field related to the position’s role; or graduation from a four year college or university with a major in an Information Technology area. Related information technology experience may be substituted year for year for the required education.
Additional knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the essential functions of the position:
Knowledge of Banner Student, SQL Server Reporting Services, and other reporting tools, and web development software
Ability to communicate clearly orally and act as a technical liaison for functional users
Experience with SQL or other query language
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Preferred education, professional skills and experience:
Four-year college degree or a high school diploma with experience equivalent to a college degree. Equivalent experience would be six years of information technology experience including three years of experience in the student services or related field
Recruitment Range $39,000 - $42,237
NC Salary Grade Equivalency: 70
Hours Per Week: 1.0 (40 hours per week)
