General Summary: The Mike Cottrell College of Business at the University of North Georgia seeks applications for part-time MBA faculty positions in Management. The Mike Cottrell College of Business at the University of North Georgia seeks applications for the following part-time MBA faculty position for summer 2017. The position requires evening teaching at our Cumming campus and possibly Gainesville campuses.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The part-time faculty member will be responsible for developing and teaching a graduate course on managing human aspects of teams and departments in technology-based environments. The course should emphasize a socio-technical perspective for developing and deploying information systems. Topics might include such areas as organizational behavior, cross-functional collaboration, knowledge management, innovation, change management, and agility.


Certifications/Licenses & Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Terminal degree required or Master's degree with exceptional experience/scholarship to comply with accreditation standards.
  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Significant management experience in technology-based settings; prior teaching or training experience.
