Posting Summary:
The School of Medicine Office of Faculty Development seeks an Education and Outreach Assistant to provide administrative support and coordination for the School of Medicine's Dean's Office faculty development programs. The successful candidate will assist with implementation and coordination of development experiences, skills training, and educational programs for faculty. The incumbent will also support the Office of Faculty Affairs in faculty recruitment, retention, and retirement.

Duties include event and travel planning and support, website maintenance, and course support for course leadership, staff, and participants. Candidates must have the ability to 1) interact positively with a diverse population; 2) work under strict deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; and 3) work independently and take initiative. Candidates must also have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, collaborative team and organization skills, and excellent computer skills. At least two years' administrative experience is required. A Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience.

This position is restricted and contingent upon the continuation of funding.
