Degree and Area of Specialization:

M.D. or D.O., and Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Completion of an ACGME-accredited PM&R residency and an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship are required.

Candidates for associate professor (CHS) or full professor (CHS) rank must meet criteria for rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines and promotion on the CHS track.



License or certificate:

WI Medical License or eligible for WI Medical License.



Position Summary:

The Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is seeking a Spine Rehab Physiatrist. We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in research, education, and clinical activities.
