Reporting to the Director, University Events, the University Events Coordinator will provide a high level of support to the Events team in the planning and execution of superior events and programs. Areas of focus include: all aspects of event communications, event tracking and management; and budget reconciliation. In addition, the Coordinator will serve as a key contact for external constituencies as related to university events. The Coordinator provides a high level of administrative and logistical support to the Director and the University Events team. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree is required and a minimum of two years of directly related experience; experience executing successful events and experiences for a variety of audiences; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

*Proficient in MS Office suite and fundraising databases; familiarity with social media platforms and online communications.
