Postdoctoral Research Associate
The Berry Lab at the Princeton Neuroscience Institute is looking for a highly motivated candidate for a postdoctoral or more senior position. The lab has started new studies of temporal sequence processing in the visual cortex, in collaboration with the Tank Lab. We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented candidate with a PhD in Neuroscience or other related field, and a strong background in one or more of the following: optical imaging techniques, electrophysiology, optogenetics, animal behavior, techniques for the analysis of large data sets, or computational neuroscience. The successful applicant will be an energetic, organized, self-directed learner with superior oral and written communication skills, and a desire to learn, troubleshoot, and design new experimental approaches. Familiarity with Matlab or a comparable programming language is required.
