Professional Research Assistant

Research technologist sought for a laboratory in the Division of Infectious Diseases with interests in molecular virology and antiviral innate immunity. Experience in molecular biology, cell culture, mouse breeding and genotyping, and laboratory management preferred. Responsibilities include:

  • General lab maintenance
  • Molecular biology (PCR, cloning, immunoblotting, immunofluorescence, etc.)
  • Mouse colony maintenance and breeding, mouse genotyping.
  • Cell culture experiments

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Some laboratory experience
