Specialist - Facilitation and Customer Service (Part-Time Variable Hour)

Position Category: Staff - Part-Time (Variable Hour)

Summary:
As part of the Academic Outreach department, you will be involved with facilitating classroom needs, assisting in payroll of instructors, provides customer service, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree in a closely related field plus one year of experience related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and/or experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling three years.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with registration and records processes related to university policy and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of audio visual equipment and basic computer programs.

Skills:
Proficient in use of standard office equipment and MS Office Suite.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with good organization and coordination techniques.
Effective records management and information systems organization and management skills.

Abilities:
Ability to follow written/oral procedures and instructions.
Ability to build relationships with diverse constituents and organizations.

Physical Requirements:
Sitting/standing/walking/crouching.

Benefits Summary:
You may be eligible for a 3 credit hour or 1 class tuition waiver after 6 consecutive months of employment and a minimum of 475 hours worked. Dependents do not qualify for a waiver.

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $11.71 to $14.63
