Reporting to the Associate Vice Dean-Student Affairs in the School of Podiatric Medicine (TUSPM), the Senior Student Services Coordinator is responsible for gathering, compiling, validating, entering, storing, securing and disseminating academic, demographic and personal information for TUSPM's applicants, students and alumni in compliance with federal law and institutional policies, and supporting the Office of Student Affairs in its efforts to provide quality academic and support services. Perform other duties as required.


Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Education Administration, Education Services, College Student Services or a related field and at least two year's experience in a college registrar's office or student affairs department are required; An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills & Abilities:
* Must be organized, detail oriented and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must exhibit the highest degree of professional and ethical behavior at all times.
* Must have a customer service orientation that allows for effective interaction with students, alumni, faculty, staff, administrators and the general public.
* Must be proficient with applications such as Microsoft Office.
* Must work with and adapt to new technology.
* Ability to work nights, weekends, early mornings and overtime as required.

Preferred:
* Master's Degree
