Postdoctoral Scholar Position (s)
We anticipate that one or more full-time Post-doctoral Scholar positions will become available soon and are looking for capable candidates to join our team. Appointments will be initially for a one year period and will be renewable. These positions require a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and demonstrated expertise, at the highest level, in the area of compiler construction, computer security, or both. The ideal candidate would already have publications in top conferences such as PLDI, CGO, IEEE S&P, ACM CCS, NDSS, or Usenix Security, and/or top journals such as ACM TOPLAS or ACM TACO.
Current graduate students who fulfill all other requirements but who have not quite yet completed their Ph.Ds. are welcome to apply; however, any offer will be made contingent on successful completion of the degree.
Salary to be between $60,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualification. Candidates without experience in either compilers or systems security are not encouraged to apply.
The starting date for the position is negotiable between April 1st, 2016 and November 15th, 2016. Especially for candidates who still need to defend their Ph.D. degrees, we will gladly accommodate their graduation schedule.
