Job Description
This position is responsible for answering inquires regarding any and all aspects of the enrollment process for Palmetto College. This position will assists with the daily activities associated with answering/returning calls, voice mail, voice response systems, email system and on-line chatting. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Palmetto College Student Enrollment Services.

Advises students and parents regarding all aspects of enrollment for Palmetto College programs of study on the telephone, via email and on-line chat.
Ensures proper functioning of voice mail and voice response system on a daily basis. Retrieves message from voice mail system and returns calls.
Provides accurate and prompt responses to incoming emails on a daily basis.
Provides weekly reports to the area supervisor relative to trends and inquires from the public.
Assists supervisor with reports relative to monthly activity of the Call Center.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma and 2 years experience in a communications area, or high school diploma and 3 years experience working with the public in account or billing services. Experience in one of the following areas: communications, switchboard exchange operations, clerical accounting, billing or working with the general public.
