The HR SOURCE, a boutique staffing firm specializing in the placement of Human Resource professionals is growing and seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! Looking for something different? We offer a niche recruiting experience in a highly professional work environment with private or semi-private offices (no bullpen), flexible work schedules, an awesome management team, extraordinary incentives such as commissions, monthly and annual bonuses (based on individual performance).

In this position you will perform recruiting duties (55%) managing a small recruiting team (20%) and business development (25%) for all HR SOURCE lines of business including Contract and Direct Placement staffing services for HR, Administrative, Accounting, Outsourced HR Services, HR Consulting Services, Outplacement and Payrolling services.

Recruiting duities will include:
*Source candidates via Social Media, Internet, internal database, networking opportunities in order to develop a pipeline of available candidates.
*Telephone screen, interview and test (as required) applicants for a variety of positions.
*Coordinate client interviews, conduct reference checks, make job offers to applicants.
*Provide regular follow up with clients and employees for active assignments.
*Manage internal applicant retention program via periodic contact with applicant via phone and e-mail campaigns.
*Respond to and resolve employee relations issues at various client sites.

Business Development duties will include:
*Secure job orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facility or contacting by phone.
*Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
*Proactively develop and manage relationships with existing and potential clients.
*Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
*Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization.
*Deliver ongoing market intelligence with a focus on the future and value creation.
*Attend professional association meetings as a means of recruiting clients and applicants.

Management duties will include:
*Coaching a small recruiting team
*Tracking revenue goals
*Account management as required

Must Have:
7+ years proven experience in the staffing industry or
7+ years of high volume recruiting experience
Passion for recruiting and experience in pipeline building
A love "the hunt" for a great candidates
Great management skills
Strong social networks and ability to leverage your networks to source candidates

This position pays base salary plus generous commission and bonus.
