DIRECTOR OF FACULTY AFFAIRS, DOM
Duties: The incumbent will direct and manage the Department of Medicine faculty academic appointments, reappointments, and promotions process, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, all documents are complete and accurate, and all timelines are adhered to. He/she will manage the day-to-day operations of the DOM Faculty Affairs Office/staff, provide indirect oversight of the 12 Division Faculty Coordinators, and provide learning tools and educational sessions accordingly. He/she also will be responsible for recruitment ads, Affirmative Action compliance, staffing the DOM Committee on Appointments and Promotions, and completion of the Academic Planning Tool.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
