ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, Development & Alumni Relations, Annual Giving (4662/F0217)
Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, the Associate Director of Annual Giving, Young Alumni & Student Programs is a key member of the Annual Giving team. This position is responsible for developing strategies and leading programs to increase engagement and annual giving by the university's youngest alumni and current students. S/he will be responsible for initiating and cultivating relationships with key volunteers and donors, planning and executing marketing efforts, coordinating events and stewardship. S/he will also be responsible for ensuring that the resources of the Student Philanthropy Center are optimized to support a broad range of student philanthropy efforts and personal (one-to-one) outreach to alumni and parents through the phone and other communication channels (e.g., email, text, video.) The Associate Director will be responsible for supervising two full-time employees: the Assistant Director of Young Alumni & Student Programs and the Manager of the Student Philanthropy Center.
Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred. Five to eight years of related experience.
