Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs—Continuous Improvement / R97339
The Office of the Provost at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock invites applications for the position of Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs—Continuous Improvement (R97339). The person in this position oversees all curricular processes within the division of Academic Affairs including assessment, program review, and accreditation to ensure that the institution is pursuing continuous improvement, as defined by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), in all of its academic offerings. The AVCAA/CI also serves as a liaison to the Arkansas Department of Higher Education and other partners.
In addition, the professional selected for this position will have the opportunity to design and implement a comprehensive, continuous improvement process for the campus that includes integrated planning and resource allocation.
Required Education/Experience: Earned Doctorate degree, minimum of five (5) years of experience in educational administration.
Preferred Education/Experience: Experience in higher education curriculum development and review; direct experience with a regional accreditation process; understanding of integrated planning, including resource allocation.
