Job description

Duties: The Director of Admissions and Regulatory Compliance integrates all aspects of the School of Nursing's enrollment process including planning, implementation and evaluation of effective student-centered, strategic recruitment, selection and matriculation processes. The Director's primary outcomes are long-term strategic enrollment growth of appropriately qualified undergraduate and graduate students (regionally, nationally and internationally), highly effective data analysis to drive decisions supporting marketing, recruitment and admissions strategy, achievement of enrollment goals and implementation of growth strategies to achieve enrollment targets; and the development of productive partnerships both internally and externally. Oversees the State Board of PA reporting process; collaborates with MSN Program Directors on program report development; assists with CCNE accreditation process and annual reporting in collaboration with Associate Dean and faculty. Identifies educational funding opportunities; serves as the project manager for curricular grants; manages budgets; supervises staff.

Qualifications: MS degree with 5-7years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Ability to think critically, strategically and creatively about the enrollment management process. Proven leadership and management ability with solid track record in a successful academic organization in admissions, academic and/or student affairs. Proven ability to function effectively in a complex business and compliance environment. Demonstrated experience with student recruitment in higher education. Experience with data reporting and analysis for enrollment management decision making required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information required. Prior budget management experience needed. Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills needed. Results oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment. Prior supervisory experience essential; demonstrated success in managing teams to reach goals. Strong PC skills in MS Office; strong web and database experience; CollegeNET preferred.
