Market Research Analyst/Project Director
Responsibilities include designing, managing and reporting on qualitative and quantitative market research studies. Formulate reports and presentations containing insight and actionable recommendations; oversee assigned research projects, ensuring that all deadlines and quality standards are met; knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods; assume ownership for specific aspects of project. Prefer 5-10 years market research experience. Consumer packaged goods knowledge and health, wellness and sustainability a plus.
Job Requirements: Strong attention to detail; Excellent organizational and time management abilities to meet project deadlines; Ability to multi-task and support several projects simultaneously while maintaining project deliverables, quality, and integrity; Work well independently and as part of a closely-knit team; Consult with internal and external clients to understand research objectives and work with business developers on study design; Understand/be able to recommend sample design/sampling methodologies; Excellent verbal and written skills; Write/proof questionnaire logic, flow, and grammar; Check online surveys thoroughly to ensure they are programmed accurately; Prepare research reports utilizing primary and secondary data; Reports to incorporate insights, communications and marketing strategy
Additional Comments: 5-10 years of primary market research experience is required. Market research/consultancy side experience is preferred; Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SPSS knowledge a plus; Due to the dynamic and high-touch nature of this position, this role is only offered for onsite candidates at our Harleysville, PA offices.
