Human Services Program-Adjunct Instructor

Tacoma Community College (TCC) is pleased to invite applications for Human Services Program-Adjunct Instructor. This position will prepare and teach courses within the professional-technical Human Services Program and will teach various courses in the Human Services program.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Community Health or a related field from an accredited college or university two years of relevant work experience and/or relevant current teaching experience that qualify the faculty to provide instruction in Human Services.
This is an adjunct faculty position contracted on a quarterly basis. The class schedule and credits may vary. The salary is $789.60 per credit hour which includes scheduled class time and final exam days as well as time for class preparation, weekly office hours, and grading tasks. Classes assigned to the successful candidate may be fully on campus with an online learning management system component for some class materials. The salary is paid per credit which includes scheduled class time and final exam days as well as time for class preparation, weekly office hours, and grading tasks in accordance with the Faculty Negotiated Agreement.
